Currently HAPBTR does not have any room for pets over 20lbs. We are based out of foster homes ONLY so space is limited.
To Surrender a dog:
Dog(s) must be up to date with Vaccines,
Must be spayed/neutered
-If these are not met, a $200.00 donation is requiered so medical exspenses can be covered.
If you are surrendering an adult at this time and we do not have space, A monthly fee of $200.00 will need to be donated so we may cover medical exspenses and boarding for the pet until they are adopted. This way we may still save lives, with no foster space, or until foster space becomes avalible!
