For the:
Very Berry Yogurt Shake
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup cream
3/4 cup cold water
1 cup 6 blend frozen berries
(strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
blackberries and red & black currants)
2/3 cup plain yogurt
splash of vanilla
Combine all ingredients in to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain well to remove seeds.
Recipe makes 4 servings.
