| Why should I donate? |
| As though you needed a reason... |

The truth is, you should donate just because you are such a generous person.
Should you need another reason, I'll give you five:

It is really thanks to Commander Keen that we still have the galaxy in which we live.
Since we are working on keeping Keen alive, we are indirectly responsible for saving your life.

Although we are not registered as such, we are a non-profit organization. You can probably write your donation off for tax purposes.

We will probably take better care of your money than you will.
On a more serious note, our project is entirely independently funded and produced.
We will not charge any amount of money for the game once it is finished. In fact, we plan to go carmack on you and release the source code.
We would like to invest the cash into an add-free website. (Even with that special home-brewed script, you still get those pop-up windows. Aren't those things annoying?!)
The bottom line is that we are putting a substantial amount of work into a product without expecting any monetary compensation. This is where you can come in and be the hero!
Now let me make this clear: You are not in any way obligated to donate. Period. It would just be a very nice gesture on your part.
