Entry Thirty-Nine -

An Nyung! Ha Se Yo?

"Hello! How are you doing?" is the translation of my title. Spent this morning talking to my Korean friend Yang. He called my house at 9:15A.M. here, which he said was 2:15 A.M. there. He seems like a really cool person, I'm going to be sad when he leaves for the military. He was telling me how he used to live in the United States and go to the "Oakdland Community College." I was surprised, and said something along the lines of, "Wow man! Are you coming back, that's only around 90 minutes from my house." He got extremely confused, and I finally understood why. Oakdland is a place in Michigan. It seems like he had a pretty nice life, because he had a 95' Mustang, which is better than I have and I've lived here for 15 years. Go figure. He's a cool kid though, and I hope to talk to him more often.

This afternoon was consumed by a series of hour taking events. Went to the movies, saw Harry Potter as planned, which was pretty cool. I was anxious the entire movie long to see the Basilisk though, and my predictions that it would be a 3D rendered animation imported from 3D Studio Max were right. I suppose those of you without a lot of computer knowledge might not understand what I'm talking about, but for those of you that do, you'd know that 3D Studio has been called the greatest graphics program out there by some pro-level designers. For example, Casey is a pro-level designer (Carlin), and his max drawings make me green with envy.

After seeing Potter, I went to school and played some tennis with Matt, Casey, and Adam. This was around 3:00P.M., and we played till 5, so daylight was wasted away by the time I got home.

When I finally did get home, I helped my dad outside until 6:30, when we then left for Home Depot, and I got a full hour of night driving in. Dinner at 7:30, a little bit more work outside, then back inside for some relaxation.

Casey asked me if I wanted to play some Brood Wars, so I willingly accepted his 1on1 challenge and played 3 games. 3 of which, I won.

Zven told me he'd help me improve some more at swing dancing at lunches. I'm happy.

Now it's 9:30, and I'm going to go finish reading the Chemistry chapter and log off this computer.

Sorry for the short entry, but I'm tired. Good night my friends.
