Entry Thirty -

PJs For the First Time In Years

True fun outclasses everything else. There's nothing quite like smiling with all our friends and making an eight person human knot then untangling each other. My friends make me happy, but the thing that I like the most about my living situation is that I've got such a diverse group of friends, but I can be myself around all of them but still be appreciated. At least I think I'm appreciated, you should ask them, not me =].

I'm wearing my flaming pajamas and Medieval Times shirt, it was PJ "night" at the swing club, and I turned it into a pun, and I was the "PJ Knight". I'm slowly getting a little better I think - I have trouble making stern decisions as a lead dancer - well, I make them, but I don't communicate them forcefully. I'm not one to put a decision upon another - it's not really a quality in my personality, but I guess I'm going to have to adapt. When I get good enough, probably in 6-8 months, I'll start learning "lindy-hop", which is an advanced jitterbug dance step that utilizes all 8 dance counts rather than just 4 count as in jitterbug. My hand smells like an interesting combination of around 20 other hands - gnarly, but sweet I guess, can't say I really mind.

It's around 11:30, and despite how short the entry is (and probably blunt, so I apologize), I'm absolutely exhausted. I want to start reading The Eye of the World (part of a book series my friend is loaning me), but I should finish All Quiet on the Western Front first. Too bad the day doesn't have as many hours as I'd like, but at least I had enough time for my chemistry homework!

Talk to you all tomorrow, take care my friends - stay outta the cold, or be like me and roll in it!
