More Pain in Anticipation Part II

Well, the worst part about the wisdom teeth operation is what's called "Irrigation". It's exactly what the words mean - they "irrigate" the sockets of your wisdom teeth. They only do this of course, if food is stuck in the back portion of your mouth where it can't be dealt with. Irrigation itself wouldn't be painful, but it's the way that it's done which makes me cringe.

Today, I tasted something nasty in the back of my mouth. This brought back memories from the last operation. They told me if I got a bad taste in my mouth it's because saliva is trying to decompose food particles that are stuck in the sockets. It's the bodies natural defense to food. Well, science always conquers the body - they managed to invent the curved plastic syringe. They stick it physically into the socket of your wisdom teeth (deeply of course, to the point where they feel bone), and push the syringe so that water flushes the socket clean. It's extremely painful, and extremely disgusting. I'll probably have it done Tuesday when I get my check up with Dr. Tolin. Bless me with Lady Luck, Dear Lord . . . I hate this . . . pain is sucky.

I got my hair cut today! It looks really good, except for the fact that the barber chopped off the side portion of my beard! It was really annoying - I specifically said, "Don't cut my beard!"- Buzzzzzzz - poor side of my beard . . . oh well, I'm shaving it in May anyway.

I talked to Jenna for around two hours on the phone, late last night. I still think she's a cool person, and I think she's starting to think that I am too. Who knows . . . . what will happen will happen, I'm not expecting anything. Right now, all I know is that my teeth hurt.

Ryan was over most of today - it was cool having company again. We played a lot of video and card games, but I suppose that's regular after an operation - it's not like I can do a whole lot right now. I did however play with my dog a bit today. My parents said she seems sick, which really worried me. I love my dog a lot. I hope she lives a long time.

I added the astrology section to the site, but it's only in its Beta phase. I need to receive my charts from my mom, which could take awhile - even though she said she'd get them, it'll probably be a few days - she's really busy.

We're going to see my Grandma in the city tomorrow, which should be nice.

Take care my friends, I will . . !
