Entry One-Hundred Six

Snap, Think, Snap, Think

The best way for me to describe to anyone what it's like to be as busy as myself is by communicating a standard day of my life. I am nothing more than industrious. I am always doing something, otherwise my mind is grated away by the sandpaper of degrading sanity.

Things I should accomplish before Friday:

Rough draft of Summer Search Leadership Potential essay.

Gathering information for the El Molino Chess Club's new senior outreach program - I'm going to involve the chess club into the community by contacting seniors - i.e. Veterans and people with terminal illnesses, and sending members of the chess club to visit and play chess with them for a certain period of time each week.

Finishing of Poetry Contest final draft poem on TOLERANCE (capitalized for a reason).

Studying for Academic Decathlon on Friday.

Asking Mr. Deis about problem #51 and it's extraneous solution on Trigonometry homework.

Finishing my milk bottle drawing in drafting and placing it with the milk crate and milk ladle.

Reading Psion and starting to read Julius Caesar for English homework (which will be handed out tomorrow).

Working on use of balanced sentences, as well as use of transitions such as: therefore, however, furthermore. (I think I do this though, at least in educated writing)

Working and finishing my World Civilizations project(s), I have two because I was selected by two groups. Most Valuable Player award please.

Finding a place to go Mambo Dancing - Amanda said she was interested in learning as well and would like to be my partner. Should be a ton of fun.

Swing dancing Friday night.

Cleaning the church - I was told they have added a new bathroom - that means another sink and toilet to clean, and another floor to mop.

Finishing the Portola website.

Competing in the WGTour against Clan [CK] and Clan MeZ) (predetermined matches). Both clans speak Spanish, and I had the opportunity today to pre-play against MeZ)BiTe and MeZ)DaNy. I beat both of them individually in one on one matches with no problems. BiTe refused to report his loss and called me a cheater, however the administrator of the site took the situation into hand and gave me the win, telling BiTe he was incorrect and took off a penalty amount of tour points for his poor manners.

Estimated time: 8 hours.

Take care my friends!
