In general, Jewish Groups does not promote, permit, or authorize the posting of commercial notices. Names of commercial products are sometimes mentioned in the course of a discussion without indicating a preference or rejection of that item.
Paid commercial advertisements, on the other hand, are accepted on most groups.
Under certain conditions, books, documents, and software or hardware can be reviewed on the Jewish Reviews list.
Products that are offered at no charge, such as freeware or certain forms of Shareware, may be discussed openly on any list.
