Some people have suggested that we set up a non-profit organization in order to make it possible for individuals and organizations to contribute money. This is indeed a wise recommendation, and we are looking into the possiblities.

At the present stage, we have the following limitations:

• The cost of running the organization is nearly as great as the anticipated income
• It would turn Jewish Groups into a fundraising body rather than a service to the community
• It is necessary to find money to support the non-profit organization itself, so that Jewish Groups can concentrate on its main focus.

We are working on ways to overcome these limitations.
