Various individuals have requested payment by means of a commission. In this case, they are willing to pay a certain predetermined percentage of the sales that are made as a result of an advertisement on our groups.
It does sound like a good idea. Considering the immense clout of these targeted groups, it would certainly increase the revenue from the advertisement.
However, these groups are not run as a business. The concept of maximizing the amount of revenue does not apply here. To the contrary, all attempts are made to minimize the number of advertisements on these groups. They are provided only as a service.
Thus, although the prospect of increasing revenue through a commission-based system does seem enticing, it will not be the basis for our advertisements on these Jewish Groups.
