This course teaches the doctrines Codoj magic users have developed over the centuries for using illusions to misdirect enemies both on and off the battlefield. Battlefield illusions are typically meant to distract the enemy for seconds or at the most minutes, and can therefore be large and draining to the illusionist. Off the battlefield, illusions are typically used over longer periods to misinform enemy scouts or spies, must be more subtle in order to avoid detection, and must be simple enough not to drain the illusionist maintaining it. Techniques for spotting and seeing through enemy illusions are also taught.
