This academy is located on the Rosette 2 space station in the Listhani Continuum, Sector H. It is co-lead by the Listhani Mak'tar, Master of the Light Courses, and the Human Henri Archain, Master of the Dark Courses. The Listhani are some of the most powerful Psionicists in the galaxy, and the LSMT's courses reflect this. Many of the courses go beyond teaching psionics, and teach students how to integrate psionics into other forms of combat, such as martial arts. The LSMT also teaches courses on energy manipulation, since the Listhani home zone is based on Energy Flow technology.
The LSMT is a well established (several thousand years old) military academy within the Listhani Continuum, and the courses offered to GFA double as courses for undergraduates attending LSMT. Only a small subset of the courses offered to regular students are available to GFA students, hence the occasional odd course names, such as 'Practicium of Psionic Combat III'. I and II are only offered to regular students.
