A Limo On The Docks:
Brenda(rushes inside the limo was a smile on her face that quickly fades 
when she sees who's sitting inside)Baby, I got here as fast as I could. 
John! What are you doing here?
John:(smiling)I'm not who you were expecting, am I, Brenda, dear? You 
were expecting your lover, Mr. Corinthos, weren't you.
Brenda(tries to bluff him)John, I don't know what you're talking about.
John:Save it, my dear. I know all about your pursuit of Mr. Corinthos' 
and right under my poor trusting son's nose, no less. You know, when my 
son first brought you home after he impulsively married you, I 
immediately liked you. I'm sure that's a common effect you have on most 
men. But Jane never did. She was convinced you were nothing but trouble. 
That you'd end up hurting our boy. And she was right. First, you cheated 
on my son with Mr. Corinthos, then you eventually dumped Jax for him. 
When Mr. Corinthos' in turn, dumped  you, like a lovesick fool that my 
son was, he came running back to you. Jerry told me Jax tried to resist 
getting back together with you, but you're a sickness in his blood and 
he finally succumbed. Jane and I couldn't express our true feelings 
about you since we knew from experience it might turn Jax against us. 
We'd learned our lesson when we told Jax how we really felt about 
Miranda. Then you died and Jane and I breathed a sigh of relief that our 
son was finally free of you. But like
a bad penny, you returned to wreak more havoc in Jax's life. You made 
Jax think you'd come back to him, when it was really your lover, Sonny 
Corinthos, who you were really coming back to. But Corinthos was 
married, so she latched on to Jax, again. Then you slept with Corinthos 
as the Quartermaines welcome back party for you and you tried to seduce 
him at the engagement ball my son through for you. It stops here, my 
dear, and it stops now.
Brenda;You're right, John, it does. I'm on my way to meet Sonny and 
afterwards I'll tell Jax's it's all over between us.
John:And have him humiliated in front of this whole town again as you 
dump him for Corinthos' again? I'm sorry, my dear, but that's not the 
way it's going to be. You've agreed to marry my son and that's exactly 
what you're going to do. The one you're going to tell it's all over to 
is Sonny Corinthos.
Brenda:You can't make me marry someone I don't want to.
John:You don't think so? Tell me, did Mr. Corinthos ever tell you what 
happened to him when he was digging around in Jax's past trying to dig 
some dirt up on him to stop you and Jax from renewing your vows at the 
Quartermaines? One night he was on the docks and he was jumped. Right 
after he'd, coincidentally, been talking to me and had ignored my 
warning to leave my son alone.
Brenda:Just what are you saying?
John:I sent someone to beat him up. I'm also the one who sent Miranda 
over to that mine, that night, knowing Jax had had Mac Scorpio plant a 
bomb there. I told her Jax wanted her to meet him there. Unfortunately, 
she didn't die, but Miranda knew if she wanted to go on living she'd 
better never reveal the real reason she'd been at that mine, that night, 
and just who sent her there. I'd do the same thing to you in a 
heartbeat, but Jax might become suspicious that I was behind it and you 
might have the bad taste not to die and something tells me that unlike 
Miranda, you wouldn't keep your mouth shut.
Brenda:But...but...that's what the mob does. You're threatening me the 
same way Hernando Rivera did.
John:Haven't you figured it out yet, my dear. I am the mob. So's Jerry. 
Jax has decided not to follow in my footsteps and go into the family 
business. And you, my dear, are marrying into the mob and we don't 
believe in divorce, you know. When you marry, you marry for life. The 
only way out is death.
Brenda;You're a monster. How could I have ever thought you were 
everything I'd want in a father.
John:I guess because you're stupid and only saw what you wanted to see. 
My dear, you've messed with the wrong family and now you're going to 
have to pay the price. Marriage to my son. Now I believe Mr. Corinthos 
is waiting for you by the pay phone at the end of the dock. I already 
gave him my regards.
Brenda(jumps out of the car like it's on fire and runs towards the pay 
phone like the hounds of hell are nipping at her heels)Sonny! (then she 
sees Sonny laying on the ground next to the pay phone) Sonny! (she 
kneels besides him) Sonny, wake-up! (she begins shaking him) Sonny, 
what's wrong? (getting no response she looks back at the limo where John 
Jacks has rolled down his window and is smiling at her)My god, baby, 
what has that monster done to you.
John(laughing as he drives by)Don't bother to call 911, my dear. I 
already did. By the way, don't be late for dinner. If you are, I'll be 
very cross with you.(then he calls Jax on the car phone)It's done.
Jax:Then everything went according to plan?
John:Perfectly. Moreno did his number on Corinthos and I made Brenda 
think I was responsible for it. I also let her now the truth about the 
family. Believe me, son, after this, she'll stay away from Corinthos and 
won't try to back out of the wedding at the last minute. She values her 
skin too much to do that. I'll give you all the details when I get home.

Emergency Room, General Hospital:
Brenda(running along the stretcher as Sonny's rushed into a 
cubicle)Please, you've got to help him!
Grant(shining a light in Sonny's eyes)What have we got here.
Paramedic:A possible drug overdose. We found this laying by his side.(he 
holds up a syringe)And we found a fresh needle mark in his arm.
Grant:Amy, get that needle down to the lab for analysis and do a 
complete blood work-up on him so we can find out what he's take and what 
we're dealing with here.

Nobody Leaves Manor:
Jax(as John enters)All right, Dad, give me all the details and don't 
leave anything out.
John:There's not much more to tell than I told you over the phone.
Jax:You said Moreno did a number on Sonny. Just what did he do. You've 
been awfully coy about what Moreno has in store for Sonny. Don't you 
think it's time you finally told me.
John:Actually, it's pretty vicious not to mention highly creative. I may 
try it myself sometime. (he sees Jax's look of annoyance)All right, 
Moreno had Corinthos chlroformed, then he injected him with a mild 
sedative that there won't be any trace of when the hospital does a blood 
work-up to leave behind a fresh needle mark in his arm.
Jax:Why would Uncle Frank do that for?
John:You haven't let me finish. Then he left a syringe laying by 
Corinthos side with enough blood left behind so the hospital can analyze 
it. When they do they'll discover the blood is infected with the AIDS 
virus and assume Corinthos was injected with it. Moreno wants Corinthos 
to think he's been exposed to AIDS so he'll spend a few weeks going 
through hell thinking he's going to die the way his friend Stone die. 
Then when Moreno feels Corinthos' has suffered enough, he'll go to him 
and tell him the truth. That he's perfectly healthy and wasn't injected 
with AIDS infected blood. That this was just a final warning. If after 
this if Corinthos continues to try and take his mob territory away from 
him, next time Moreno really will have him injected with the AIDS virus.
Jax:Dad, that's totally evil. I almost feel sorry for Corinthos. Almost.
John:So you can see Corinthos will be too upset thinking about how the 
AIDS virus is floating through his veins infecting his healthy blood 
with the disease to even give our Brenda one thought.
Jax:(smiles)And by the time he knows the truth, I'll have had my revenge 
on Brenda. Dad, this is perfect.
