A lot has happened to me since the JA 1991.  I met my husband, Blaine Sochor, at the Michigan Historical Museum where I still work part-time since Aug 1989.  I met him on Sept 1992…on Oct 8, 1994, we got married and moved to St. Johns, Michigan.  Here is a picture of my family….this was taken on Nov 2001. Our son Paul was born on Aug 8, 1995, and he is now 6 yrs old. Our 3 daughters, Sarah 4 ½ yrs old, Molly 3 yrs old and Anna Sochor 19 months old were born on March 1997, Nov 1998 and March 2000.

Greetings to all JA alumni and visitors and I hope you are doing well.  I am sure that a lot has happened to everyone since the 91' Japan Adventure program.  I can still remember some of the experiences like it was yesterday.  Many things have happened to me since then but here are few highlights.  I have been married to my wife Atsuko for 8 years.  I have been working as a Senior Manager at Microsoft Japan (in Tokyo) for the last 3 years.  Lastly I am finding out that the more that I study Japanese the more I need to learn.  I hope to hear from others in the program by email [email protected]
