Hollywood Mann's Chinese Theatre

It locates at 6925 Hollywood Blvd. When visiting the newly constructed Chinese Theatre in May 1927, silent film star Norma Talmadge stepped into a sidewalk of wet cement, thus beginning the tradition of immortalizing the prints of legendary Hollywood stars in the concrete of the theater's forecourt.

The footprints of Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks Sr. were added to celebrate the theater's opening, and over the years nealy 200 stars, including Marilyn Monroe, Whoopi Golberg, Tom Cruise and the original cast members of "Star Trek" - have been immortalized. While some legends left only hand and/or footprints, others have imprinted their trademarks - Betty Grable's leg, Jimmy Durante's nose, John Barrymore's profile and John Wayne's fist. Others have left personal messages such as "You made my day" from Clint Eastwood.
