XPW TV for Nov 9, 2002 taped Nov 8th Shane Douglas walks out to open the show. He says Chris Candido is NOT XPW champ. Douglas is in charge of XPW and never said anything about their match last week being for the title. Crowd isn't buying that and chants bullshit. Candido is in illegal possession of the XPW Title. "Not like thats the first thing you've been in illegal possession of in your life." Douglas promises BIG happenings tonight and says he will get the belt back tonight so it's around the waist of it's rightful owner! Also, in tonight's main event, Khris Germany will pay for his interferance last week! In the back, Psicosis looks at the list of matches tonight and notices he's got none. He turns to leave but gets blindsided by the same "Juventud Guerrera" from a few weeks ago. But the real Juvi shows up to make the save. He pulls the mask off the fake Juvi to reveal...Julio Dinero! Psicosis and Juventud both beat the snot out of Dinero and leave him lying on the floor. Kaos wants a rematch for the XPW TV Title if...WHEN The Enterprise wins their match. Doring agrees. No-Countout-No-DQ-Match: The Enterprise defeated Danny Doring and Balls Mahoney when Kaos pinned Doring with the Kaostrify in 0:11:25. Rating: * 1/2 The Enterprise celebrates, but Balls challenges GQ to a match as well...A CHAIRSHOT SURVIVAL DEATH MATCH. GQ doesn't really want one, but Kaos goads him into accepting. In the back, Douglas finds Bigelow. Bam Bam wants a piece of Douglas, but Shane tells him it'll have to wait cause Bigelow has a match tonight against a mystery opponent. Elsewhere, Sandman and Vic Grimes are arguing and XPW are desperately trying to keep them apart. Steve Corino wanders by and insults both of them for being "hardcore idiots". Sandman raises his singapore cane in the air and offers to teach Corino a thing or two about hardcore. Grimes offers to do likewise. Corino challenges them to a triple threat match at Triple Threat. On second thought, include that "idiot clown" and make it a four way! "Who, ME?!" and Pogo shows up out of nowhere to wack Corino in the head with a shovel. This triggers a big four way brawl and the XPW officials have to call in arena security to pull everyone apart. No-Countout-No-DQ-Number-One-Contenders-Match: The SoCal Superstars defeated Little Guido and Chris Chetti when AWC pinned Guido with the Revolution Bomb in 0:15:21. Rating: *** 1/4 American Wild Child and Chi Chi Cruz cut a promo after the match. Kiss those titles goodbye etc etc. Standard stuff. In their locker room, Veronica Caine tries to encourage GQ for his match next weekend by offering to reward him somehow. GQ and Kaos promptly fire off a serious of thinly-veiled referances to boinking Veronica being a sutible reward. She seems oblivious as usual. They make a deal - whoever wins their match faster gets Veronica's "company" for the night after the PPV. "The Zoo" brings out Bigelow who wants to know what two bit jobber Douglas is throwing in his path in a vain attempt to slow him down. Cue "Trust" by Megadeth and out walks... ... ... ... MASATO TANAKA!!! No-Countout-No-DQ-Match: Masato Tanaka pinned Bam Bam Bigelow with the Roaring Elbow in 0:12:59. Rating: *** Bigelow and Tanaka put on a good match and Bam Bam gets some offense, but Tanaka kicks out of a Greetings from Ashbury Park and just unloads on Bigelow with all sorts of moves. Roaring Elbow finishes the match. But Tanaka isn't done. He puts a chair down in the middle of the ring and sets Bigelow up for...A BACKDROP DRIVER ON THE CHAIR! AND A SECOND ONE!!! AND A THIRD ONE!!! Kris Kloss has a collective heart attack at the commentary posistion and the crowd is agast - most of them have NEVER seen a backdrop driver before, much less three in a row on a chair and they're absolutely aghast! Tanaka stands over Bigelow, who is lying unconcious in the ring on the chair. Tanaka has a cold look in his eyes. He stalks off as the referee calls for EMTs. We go to a break. When we return, Shane Douglas is in the ring and watches Bigelow leave on a stretcher. He announces Bigelow has been "punished". He's not going to be at Triple Threat and may never be in XPW or any wrestling ring ever again. Douglas says good riddens to him! Besides, now he as Candido all to himself at the PPV. Masato Tanaka is a monster and he's DOUGLAS' monster! But right now, its time for Khris Germany to come face Douglas! ... ... ... No sign of Germany, despite his music playing. A camera goes to the back in search of him. They find him and Masato Tanaka fighting outside Germany's locker room. Tanaka gets his hands on a box and hits Germany in the head with it. He prepares for a backdrop driver on the floor! But Chris Candido shows up with a chair and attacks Tanaka! Douglas bolts from the ring toward the back and finds Candido. They fight as we go off the air... ...but get one more "Black is Back" ad...
