WHAT ARE POLITICS?

A boy comes home one day and asks his dad what politics are.  His dad says "Think of it like this:
I bring in the money so I'm the economy.  Your mom makes the decisions so she's the government.
The maid is the working class.  You're the public and your little brother is the future.  Think
about that and if you have any questions, ask me in the morning."

The boy goes to bed, but is awakened during the night by his baby brother's crying.  It turns out
the baby's diaper needs to be changed.  The boy goes to tell his mom but she's sound asleep.  So
he goes to tell the maid, but his dad is in bed with the maid.  So the boy goes back to bed.

The next morning, the father asks if the son understands politics now.  The son replies "I sure do:
The economy screws the working class, the government is asleep, the public is ignored, and the
future is full of shit."
