aka The Real Reason Buffalo Never Won A Super Bowl
Marv Levy, ex-coach of the Buffalo Bills, dies and deservedly
goes up to heaven. Saint Peter meets him at the Pearly Gates
and escorts him to his new heavenly abode. When they arrive
at Marv's afterlife dwelling, Marv is ecstatic. It's a beautiful
home with Buffalo Bills' colors and logos everywhere. The front
lawn is artificial turf and even the bathroom is decked out in
red and blue. He thanks Saint Peter and the escort takes off to
the gate to await the next arrival. During the next week or so
Marv is very happy with his home but he's noticed that the view
from his bedroom looks upon a hill. At the top of this hill is
a HUGE mansion cloaked in Dolphin logos and colors. This place
is much larger than Marv's and he is bewildered because of it.
Finally, curiosity gets the better of him so Levy sets up a little meeting with God. When he's face to face with God he asks, "God, I thought that everyone was equal here in heaven! I truly love my house but I don't understand why Don Shula's place on the hill is so much bigger than mine."
To this God replied, "Don Shula's house??? No Marv, you're mistaken. That's MY house."
