| In May of 1988 while working as a Systems Programmer for Allstate Insurance Company (located in Northbrook, Illinois), as part of a Company �experiment� I was attached to, what is now considered, an �integrated� communications system without my consent � I have been involuntarily held on this system for 18.75 years - since 1988. This system allows those that are given access: - to read and control my thoughts, - to control my actions and behavior, - to view and control what my eyes focus on - and to control my bodily functions. I have no control over who is given access to my person and private existence via this system nor do I have control over what they �transmit� or my thoughts, actions and behavior while they are �transmitting�. The scenario surrounding my circumstances Those responsible for my being held on this system are setting up equipment in every environment I frequent that allows those associated with that particular environment to monitor my thoughts and presence and to control my actions and behavior while on the premises � these environments include the studio apartment I am currently renting in Salt Lake City, Utah - they are monitoring my personal privacy in the bathroom at my residence! The Hosts of the monitoring and �transmitting� sites chosen for these environments are authorizing: late, great and distant relatives; the friends and personal association of my immediate siblings; the relatives of my immediate siblings personal associations; individuals from my past and personal past; the poor (and otherwise) relatives and personal associations of individuals from my past and personal past; individuals from environments I frequent, think of frequenting or is associated with in any capacity and the friends, relatives and personal associations of these individuals - access to my person and private existence via this system and as a result of: a. the abuse of invasion of privacy; b. the staging that is also occurring in my immediate environments using the individuals stated above c. and the stalking by the relatives and others associated with those used for the staging, I am being harassed every second of the day that includes while in a state that simulates sleep and degraded in every environment I frequent or encounter, that includes being forced to ingest the waste (feces and urine) of anyone associated with my finances while held on this system. I am considered disabled by the federal government because the harassment that is allowed in my work environments while held on this system prevents me from securing employment. Another part of the harassment that is occurring while I am being involuntarily held on this system and the reason the individuals stated above are given access to my person and private existence via this system and are allowed to harass me in any and every environment I encounter, is because those responsible for my being held on this system are creating stereotypical and negative �black� images around my character and raising questions on my creed, for purposes of �stereotyping� my image as part of a �making it real� project that was initiated by Allstate Insurance Company in 1988 - the Project� was initiated so that Allstate Insurance Company would not have to pay damages for initially implanting these devices on my person. They are implementing �the Project� by restricting my finances while held on this system and creating �black controversy� on my creed � they are associating the intricate details of my day to day existence with stereotypical and negative �black� characters and giving my poor, working poor, sub-cultured and under-classed (distant) �black� relatives (referred to as �the People�), access to my person via this system for purposes of controlling every aspect of my actions and behavior in my day to day existence as if it were themselves, while the general public from any and every environment I encounter monitor via this system (at a different site). In addition to dynamically fudging a stereotypical �black� image, prior to bringing �the People� and the general public to the �transmitting� and monitoring sites, they are being told that "J" is� or �was� a �People�, those responsible for my being held on this system are hyping-up �the People� for the momentum of the harassment and �prepping� the general public to accept my being involuntarily held on this system, the conditions I am forced to exist in and the harassment and degradation I am being subjected to while held on this system. ~ I have a mixed heritage and with the "black controversy" that is being created around my character it is because I am not really stereotypically �black�, that my private existence while held on this system is not considered �acceptable� as a low income (or fixed income) African American. It is the contrast between the images created and the reality of my existence that is the reason those who do not �accept� what is supposed to be my private existence as a low income (or fixed income) African American, are participating in the harassment and are under the impression that they "can" hold me on this system against my will while being subjected to human degradation, sexual degradation and other acts of inhumane treatment and abuses. Because of the extent of the violations that has occurred and are occurring as a result of �the People� and a select group of the general public having access to my person and private existence via this system, my being involuntarily held on this system is a well known �secret� � it is because of this secrecy, that I can not secure the services of an Attorney - while held on this system, I can not obtain�physical evidence� to prove the existence of this system and the harassment and degradation that is occurring and because of my restricted finances, I do not have legal consultation fees or a "substaintial" retainer. I am being held a "Public Prisoner" on an image and a frequency!
