It would seem from 1851,1841 census his wife may be

eldest daughter of
Martha Land widow age64 in 51 census
and Joseph Saville m. 18may1818 st johns Wakefield

The Leeds & Clothing district Directory of 1830 has a
Joseph is listed as a Butcher. which would fit Martha's occupation

Joseph is presumed to have died some time before 1841.
