Join as many groups as you want. However, you may post to only one group. Select the single group that has the broadest coverage for your needs. Do not post the same message to more than one group.
Thus, if you want to attract people from various parts of Jerusalem, then post to the larger Yerushalayim group. An advertisement designed for all residents of Jerusalem should not be posted to a specific Jerusalem community.
Similarly, if you'd like your message to reach people living anywhere in Israel, then post it to the Tova Haaretz, rather than to a Jerusalem or Yesha group.
In the same way, you should post free advertisements to the largest possible group for your needs.
