- never use gray border extremity film w/a grid
- need grid b/c of thickness of shoulder
- lateral
- baby arm view
- if broken, can't do this
- shoot through body--Goldening view (transthoracic)
Elbow
- 4 views
- marker up in the corner
- lead vinyl under the cassette
- 2 shots for the person who can't fully extend elbow
- lateral
- elbow at the corner to film
- look at distal humer and prox forearm that is needed
- use lead vinyl to protect scatter and other part of film
- humerus is flat/parallel to film
- thumb is pointing towards the ceiling
- jone's view
- bent fully
- humerus is parallel to film plane

forearm
- fully extended and palm up
- calculate in proximal forearm
- may have to filter distal end
- lateral—just like lateral elbow just move CR
Wrist
