However, the file can be downloaded, imported into Word for Windows, and sorted by any field or combination of fields as desired - the fields in the database are separated by periods. One method to download is to Edit, Select All, and Copy and Paste the document into a blank file. [I found that a conventional "File, Save As" operation truncated some of the longer lines in the database.] Then, using Word, you can sort on any field or combination of fields using the Table menu item. Put a period in the "Sort Text, Sort Options, Separate Fields At" box then sort on any field(s) desired.
