The way to access old messages is to ask the list processor that runs this list. Send an e-mail message to:
Leave the subject line blank. Type only the message:
get periop logyymm
Substitute the year and month of the requested archive. Remember the zero; February 1998 is 9802! You will receive that month's entire accumulation, divided into daily digests, each day starting with a table of contents. It is possible to get the current month as well, up to the previous day's digest. These archives go back to August 1996. However, you just get the entire month's worth of messages separated into daily digests. There is no search engine.
