Awwww...doesn't he look so sweet??? :)

Mallrats was quite a pleasant shock for me to see. It was the first Ben Affleck film that I was aware of him being in. I thought his character was an ass, but a sexy one!

I rented this film because there was, frankly, nothing else at the damn video store. I hadn't a CLUE it was done by Kevin Smith... a genius!

I was nervous about seeing a film with such a frightening cast -- one of those crazy London boys, and Shannen Doherty...I hadn't a clue that this was a Jay and Silent Bob film! Well, it was nothing really like Clerks, besides the fact that it was about teens, it was funny, and it rocked. Loved it, bought myself a copy. Now I've noticed that certain parts where a character named Shannon Hamilton appears seem to be more worn out on the tape than other spots...hmmm...I wonder why.... :)

For those of you who haven't seen it...imagine being in your last year of high school. In your imagination, create the perfect mix of friends. A best friend, a girlfriend, ex-girlfriends, good friends, acquaintances and bitter enemies. Now, jump from where you are into the coolest mall in your area, and PRESTO...! Now throw in a crazy father, a gameshow, some sex, violence and plenty of laughs...oh yeah, and don't forget the 3-d art. And there you have it : your own custom-made version of Mallrats. Only, Kevin Smith's version is better :)
