* On Ricki lake Friday they asked a question about *N Sync. the question was "what r&b group made there first American debut on my show ? And when they came back from the commercial they showed 2 pics of *N Sync when they performed on her show .
* The December 1998 issue of 16 magazine features a two page black and white color spread about *N SYNC performing in NY (Irving Plaza) and meeting fans in Ohio. It also has a big poster of them and a pinup. It also has an ad where you can buy pop icon calendars and it includes *N Sync's 1999 calendar.
*The December 1998 issue of Tiger Beat features a two page photo spread/article about the guys performing in Ohio and on the bottom half of the next page pinup there is a picture of *N SYNC. They also have a small picture in the Back to School Calendar.
*Hit Sensations vol. 1 issue 12 magazine has a lot of *N SYNC pictures and an article about them. The mag is all in color and features some old pictures a few new ones. The article basically explains about the group and each guy but some of the info is wrong: they say the group got together in 1996, they call Chris Christopher, JC "Josh" and some other stuff.

*N Sync's first Christmas single from their Christmas album will be "Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays"! A video will be out in November
*The Disney Christmas Special will feature a live performance by *N Sync. It was filmed live at Epcot in Disney World on October 9th at 7:30pmEST. It will be broadcasted on December 5th. Check your local listings.

*N SYNC were NOT on Ricki Lake on the 23rd. Maybe they TAPED it on the 23rd. I hear the rerun will air on the 30th.
*On Nov. 2nd *N SYNC will be chatting on the web and it will be between 3-4 German time (9-10 am EST)

*On the October 20th episode of the soap opera "Another World", they were having a costume party and they played "Here We Go" in the background.
*Last Friday, Oct. 16, Chris had a phone interview with Z104.5, a local radio station in Virginia Beach, VA, where he talked about the group's history and stuff like that. The Christmas album was brought up, and Chris said that the release date has been moved up from its intended Nov. date. He said to expect its release in the next 2 weeks or so (maybe before Halloween!!).
*The guys did radio interviews on 103.5 and z100 last week when they were in NY. The total minutes of both radio interviews was probably 5-6 minutes.
*N Sync will be appearing in the November 12th issue of Rolling Stone. It will be available on newsstands and bookstores October 23rd.
*N Sync appeared on the following German TV shows last week: Viva Live and Viva Bits and Pieces / Interactive Special on October 2. Bravo TV and Top of the Pops on October 1.

*Carson talked to *N SYNC (mainly Justin) via phone towards the end of Total Request on Thursday October 8th. it did NOT repeat that night

*N Sync taped a new episode of Ricki Lake on Friday (the 23rd). They sang TUMH and did an interview segment. NOT sure if the interview will be aired at the same time. All the members of the audience got copies of the official book
*On the October 23 episode of "Another World", they played "I Just Wanna Be With You" in the background of the costume ball.
*they are on the cover of BB (all poster issue). The ONLY other people on the cover are BSB (a tiny pic in one corner) and Hanson (in the other corner). There are 7 BIG posters of *N SYNC: two group (one recent, one from early 97), and one of each guy. *the Walgreen's in San Francisco and had an unauthorized mini magazine (that folded up into a big poster) called '*N Sync.' They were tons of pix of the guys, some from the Disney MGM concert and many others. There was also a short story on how they all met and mini bios. It cost $2.99 .
*On CMC or California Music Channel, a mostly rap, r&b, and hip hop station show commercials of *N SYNC and Britney Spears' videos. They played "Tearin up my heart' quite a few times.
