*N Sync and Janet Jackson concert on Wednesday October 14, 1998 by Jamie
The first *N SYNC concert with Janet Jackson was great. Both had great shows. and with binoculars I had a great view of everything. :-) anyway the guys started out with there Space Suit, awesome, that's all I can say about that. :-) Well they guys all wore red velvet shirts, long black coats and pants and red and black shoes. They sang I Want You Back, I Just Wanna Be With You, Introduction of the guys, first Joey, Chris, Justin, JC (Who said he was glad to be home), and Lance. I am so happy about this song by Stevie wonder, Overjoyed. :-) :-) Lance introduced the next song and I love his
voice. :-)God Must Have..., You'll Wanna party, You got it, Getting Jiggy, etc.. and then Tearin Up My Heart and then When I say N you say SYNC. over all a great performance but it wasn't the best during god must the microphone squealed twice, and Justin, kept laughing. I also noticed that the guys always interact with one another, with facial expressions, etc... it was rather interesting. They sold two shirts, same as from the tour
before, a neck band thing, and the tour book. That is about all of the Guys, Janet rocked but I couldn't see her opening cause I was on the side of the stage. but she is great non stop action. *N SYNC was on for about 40 ins, then 45 minute intermission, and Janet for two hours. that's all from the first *N SYNC concert w/ Janet Jackson. :-)

Atlantic City Janet Jackson and *N Sync concert By Court
Ok, we got to the hotel on Sunday about 3 PM and we checked in. We stayed at the Sheraton where they have the Miss America pageant. Anyway, we were hungry so we decided to go eat at the Taj instead of the hotel. So we took a cab to the Taj and ate in this place called the Stage Deli cuz Hard Rock was crowded. Well, we ate and then walked around for awhile until we got on line to go inside. We had to wait like 1 hour just to go in the place. Finally, we got inside. The place was weird it was like football stadium bleachers on three sides, the stage on the fourth and then floor seats. Well, our seats were in the back like the opposite side of the stage, but facing it at least. So we were in the 13th row. Not bad, but not very good either. At least they weren't ants though. So we sat and waited another hour until they came on. This lady was walking around and finding people who were sitting way in the back to sing JJ songs and then she'd give them front row seats. Well, she came right by us, but picked these guys instead, and they got to go up in the 2nd row!! So then finally at 7:00 sharp, the band came on. The audience was like I'd say 40% 'N Sync fans!!! And everyone started screaming when the band came out. Then the guys came out in those dark robes and the space suits underneath and the whole audience (well, the 'N Sync fans) went nuts!! We were like screaming and the guys sitting next to us and in front of us were staring at us like we were nuts! But I didn't care!� So then they did the space suit Darth Vader thing that they do. Then they sang� "I Want You Back" and had on these Chinese like men looking outfits on in different colors. JC was wearing blue, Justin was wearing silver, � Chris was wearing purple, Joey was� wearing red (I think) and Lance had green. � Then they sang "I Just Wanna Be With You" then they introduced themselves, first Joey, then Chris, then Justin, then JC then Lance. Then they said they were gonna sing a cappella and I thought they were gonna sing the Bee Gees but they sang "Overjoyed" again. (Does anyone know where I can get that song by Stevie Wonder? cuz I don't think 'N Sync has that on tape, or do they?) Then they sang "You Got It" and then "GMHSALMTOY" and then they bowed but then Justin and Lance did that, "If you all Wanna party like we do, if you all Wanna party like us then say ah ah ah ah ah ah" And then they went into the "Gettin Jiggy with it" and "Gone till November" thing. Then, finally, they did "Tearin Up My Heart" and then it was all done. :o( It was only 35 minutes long, but it was sooooo worth it!!!! I wished so much they were on longer!!!!� (note:I added this cuz this is the purpose of this whole concert thing I'm doing) Ok, so then we're walking around and we see this guy with long dark curly hair. So I go, "Ruben" and he turns around and said hi! So I told him how we met him at Irving Plaza and we got a pic with him and were on TV with him and stuff and he was so nice! Then these other girls started talking to them and then my friend, who was so set on giving them the pic of us and Ruben decided to give Ruben the pic himself. So I went back up to him and gave him the pic and he goes, "Well, aren't you gonna sign it for me?" So I signed my name and Danielle's name on it and gave it to him and he gave me a hug and a kiss!!! He's the sweetest guy!!! I absolutely love him!!!!�� So then after he left we started talking to those girls who were talking to Ruben too. I found out that the one girl was April!! (AKA Nsynclali!!) It was the coolest thing!! April said Chris walked by earlier but Court missed it:O( But she still had fun!!! Luv, Court� :o)
