Comments: I'm still serving my hitch in the Chinese army. I've seen Mulan 4 times and it's getting better each time. What I find interesting is how Mulan learns that talking to men is different from talking to a woman (Mars and Venus...) This is something that I am learning firsthand myself. Recently, after reading the books of Warren Farrell, I have begun to realize that sexism runs both ways, even though sexism against women is the only one we usually hear about. For only one example... the law is a great deal more diligent about enforcing child support payments for divorced mothers than in enforcing divorced fathers' visitation rights. Most, though I realize not all, divorced mothers, find much more legal help in collecting child support than divorced fathers, who can have a scheduled visit to their children cancelled at the last minute apparently with impunity. Two months ago I appeared before a special Canadian Senate-Commons committee, which convened to look at this problem, to express my concerns about this injustice. So while this may not be exactly typical of the comments you've been receiving, it comes from a woman who actually does line up alongside men to see that good prevails! Sharon Molloy
