Carrie asks Hope if she can move back in to the apartment and Hope is only too happy to have her back. She tells her that Bo wants a divorce so he can remarry Billie. They then decide to go to the Titan benefit together.
Bo arranges for Billie to go and meet a client at a hotel. When she gets there, however, she finds dinner for two set up. Bo arrives and they make love before Mickey calls Bo and tells him he can rush the divorce in a matter of days.
Peter is sure that Jack stole the portrait and he gets Lou to call the police. Meanwhile, at the graveyard, the Lady in White slashes the picture and soon afterwards, Jack finds it and the knife. Jennifer and Peter arrive in short order and Jack insists he is not responsible for the damage. They all go back to the pub and watch Jacks videotape, but they cannot see the Lady in White on it. The Sheriff arrives and gives Jack a choice - go to jail or get out of town. Jack, however, does not plan to leave until he gets some answers. He retraces his steps back to the graveyard and finds a piece of white lace caught on a tree branch. He decides to leave Aremid, but vows to return when things settle down. The Lady in White watches as he departs.
Jennifer and Peter find flowers in their room. They are from the Parrot Man, who hoped to cheer Jennifer up. Lou is not impressed with him. Peter and Jennifer pack in preparation for their return to Salem. Jennifer wants to take the pretty flowers with her, as well as the portrait, which she hopes to have restored, though she does wonder why Jack would lie about slashing it.

He tells Caroline he is from Seattle and that there is something very familiar about the woman who is onstage, hosting the show. Caroline tells him her name is Vivian. Sami tells Panetta she doesnt want anybody to know about Seattle. Vivian spots Panetta in the audience, by which time he realises that she is Sister Mary Vivian from Seattle.
Vivian tells Tony that John hasnt shown up yet. Tony begins to panic. At the loft, John and Kristen are getting carried away with each other and have lost track of the time. Bo and Hope arrive at the hotel in Santa Rosa. It is the same hotel in which they stayed last time they visited, but it is very different now. The woman who owns the hotel, Carmen, is delighted to see them back after all this time and they do not tell her that they have returned to Santa Rosa to get a divorce. Carmen pulls some strings and gives them the same room they stayed in last time.
John asks everybody at the benefit to donate money in the memory of Kate Roberts before he enters the tank. Tony starts the ball rolling with a donation of $10,000 if John emerges from the tank alive. Kristen holds up the commencement of the trick further when she suddenly freaks out, but Billie reassures her that they wouldnt let John do it if it wasnt safe. John is lowered into the tank...
Panetta confronts a worried Vivian as Sami, Lucas and Ivan watch on. Vivian brushes his questions off and goes to see Johns trick. Kristen begins to worry when John does not emerge from the tank promptly, but Billie is certain they are just building the drama, and Vivian agrees. Then, Theodore announces that theres something wrong and all hell breaks loose. Austin and Lucas are eventually able to pull John out of the tank and Mike and Lexie revive him. Abe is suspicious that so many things went wrong at once with the tank and plans to look into it, while Charles pleas with Tony to stop the madness...
Panetta accosts Vivian again, but she manages to convince him that he has mistaken her for someone else. He tells Caroline the resemblance between the two women is quite uncanny.
N.B. - Towards the end of the episode an unusual (or simply bad) piece of editing occurs. John tells Kristen theyll get the padlock and go home, he gets up and he stumbles. The camera pans over to Tony, then dialogue between Kristen and Mike is overlaid over a fairly long shot of Lisa Rinna by the water tank waiting for a cue.
