The Time Flyers are kept in the year 3000 at a special base. The Trans-Warp Megazord can launch them through the Time Portal to whatever time they are needed in. After the Time Force Power Rangers are finished with them, the Time Flyers return to 3000 through a wormhole. There, they are repaired and refueled.
