Ethan James was chosen by the Blue Gem, and soon after given the Tricera Dino Morpher by Tommy to use its Power to become the Dino Thunder Blue Ranger. Now all he has to do is say the command “Dino Thunder Power Up!� to Morph into the Blue Ranger. His arsenal includes his sidearm, the Thundermax Saber, and the Tricera Shield which is kept in his belt buckle. He also has a Blue Raptor Rider for ground travel and combat, and the Tricera Zord for fighting Mesogog’s giant sized monsters. The only way the Powers of the Gem can be taken away from Ethan now is if he's destroyed.
