Agent Cranston claims the physician is guilty of misusing his clearance and as a result, is putting the government at risk. As Babylon 5 is turned upside down with security forces attempting to locate and arrest Dr. Jacobs, Sheridan is warned by another unexpected visitor that the doctor is not a traitor and must be protected and ensured a safe exit from Babylon 5. Meanwhile, Sheridan takes initiatives to get to know Kosh and learn more about the world from which he came.
