Reneé's Message to Her Fans (2/15/97)
"Hello everyone,
I realize I'm a bit overdue for a message, but hang in there. I'll get the hang
of this shortly. Thank you for the birthday greetings. I was truly
overwhelmed. You have made this a day I'll NEVER forget!!! It might take
me awhile, but I'm looking forward to reading every one of them. It is
important to me that you know how much I appreciate the support you've
shown for Gabrielle over the past two seasons. She is my favorite character
to date, and as I continue to grow as an actress and a human being, I hope
you'll be there as a witness to it all. I've enjoyed reading many of your posts,
either on the netforum, or individual web-sites, and I must say that we have a
wonderfully talented group of people watching us. Please know that I think
that ALL opinions, positive or negative about the show only further the
creative atmosphere for us all. You are definitely keeping us on our toes!!!
By the way, you have all received the "Stamp of Approval" from my Mom. I
think she had more fun at the convention than ya'll did. I'm looking forward
to creating a newsletter with her, for the fan club, based on feedback she
received from many of you. We have many exciting ideas coming, so don't
fret if you haven't heard from me.....You will!
