Kobold Pictures consisted on five official members. In general, the structure of the group can be summarized as one of them being the director and the other four being actors. The director never changed, and although not all the actors have worked in all movies, at least one of them did so in every production.
In addiction to this basic structure, as it was a small group, and filmmaking is a complex task involving many different activities, everyone always had other work to do besides the original assignments. For instance, the director was also responsible for editing the films and creating the stories, although many times having collaboration or hints from the other members.
