I'm sure that the Dutch visitors know this guy, but for the people that don't: this is Herman Brood, a famous Dutch junkie, painter and rock-artist. He's kinda cool and behaves the way he wants to. He's just perfect for our evil little buddy, Ernie. They first met a long time ago. Ernie was dealing some cocaine when he saw Herman. He convinced the poor guy to buy some of his excellent stuff and so he did, after lots of threatments. This happened a few more times and before Herman knew....he couldn't live without it. Ernie still forces Herman to buy all of his drugs at Ernie's. Poor Herman, maybe his frustrations came out by painting.
