Is it just me or does it seem that Clea DuVall just popped out all of a sudden from no where? Well actually she has been acting for a very long time. When she was in middle and high school she was doing mainly just local plays in her area and some not-so-major parts in not-so-major movies. Here's a complete (as far as we fans can dig up) on Clea's movie and TV appearances. For the movies I've seen I'll have a small review to go along with it. And if I've been really lucky and found any funny little pictures from the appearances I'll include those as well.
Films:
She's All That (1999) as Misty:
Unfortunatly Clea is only in it for about 5 or 6 minutes out of the
whole movie. She plays a character named Misty, the angry art
student that is jealous of the art-advanced Laney (Rachel Leigh
Cook). I personally didn't care for the film (I only went to see
Clea) and don't think its worth 7 dollars. Although there is that
scene of Clea puking in the bathroom with a hangover during a
party and walking around with her face painted like a clown...
The Astronaut's Wife (1999) as Nan
But I'm a Cheerleader (1999)
Committed (1999)
The Faculty(1998) as Stokely:
I really, really, really like this movie. It's definitly one of my fav movies. I know the plot was extremely stupid and I know I probably wouldn't have liked it as much if Clea wasn't in it. She did a really good job for her first well known movie.
Can't Hardly Wait (1998) as Jana:
Yep! Clea was in this movie. She played Jana, the girl was asked to dance by Kenny Fisher and blew him off by saying she was allergic to dancing. I should try that excuse! Another great minute and a half preformance by Clea.
How to Make the Cruelest Month (1998) as Bell Bryant:
Wild Flowers (1998) as Cally:
Niagara, Niagara (1998) as a Gas Station Clerk:
Defenders: Payback, The (1997) (TV) as Jessica Lane:
Life During Wartime (1997) as Suzy:
Little Witches (1996) as Kelsey:
