Crack! Thud! Crack! Crack!
The chamber was silent, in its rocky glory. It was a dark and damp place, for the sole occupant had no need of natural light. There were several stone pillars, and a few statues. One was of a dark, darwinistic god. The other a feathered angel. At the end of the hall there was a large statue, of a huge behemoth, a hulk of a monster. And through it all, the sound of the hammer and scalpel.
He had been a king once, and now he served a god. Ozymandias, ancient egyptian pharaoh, kept working at giving form to the stone.

"I see my dark god’s enemies scattered, on the run."

"I see blood and lightning, the fury of the storm unleashed."
Crack! Thud! Crack!
"I see heroes reborn, and heroes return. And I see not even them will be enough to tame the Apocalypse."
Crack! Thud! Crack!
"I see a sinister revival, and an infant-turned-warrior oppose my liege"
Crack! Thud! Crack!
"I see a monster fall. I see a female rise from the ashes."
Crack! Thud! Crack!
"And though it all, I see the dark visage of a behemoth, a juggernaut laying waste to the land"
Crack! Thud! Crack!
"And I see my dark god unopposed ruling the earth"
