Installation : 
	
Put the following files in the same directory:
	winbsl.exe
	winbsl.hlp

If you are running windows 95 you do not need to do anything else. 
If you are running windows 3.1 you may need copy the two included DLL's to
your windows system directory. Not sure though. Try it the above way, and
if it does not run correctly, put the two DLL's in your windows system
directory.

SCREEN RESOLUTION:

This program is designed to run in a screen resolution of 800x600x256.
The next version will be for all resolutions.
