Estes, Michele Among NBC's Cast Additions
Estes, who also starred in USA's "Silk Stalkings" will be one of several new faces on "Suddenly Susan," joining Eric Idle ("Monty Python"), Currie Graham and Sherri Shepherd ("Everybody Loves Raymond"). Estes will play a photographer who may become a romantic interest for Brooke Shields. Michele, who starred on "Homicide" last season, is one of many new faces on "ER." Also joining the cast are Maura Tierney ("NewsRadio"), Goran Visnjic ("The Peacemaker") and Ming Na Wen. Matheson will join the cast of the political drama " The West Wing" as Vice President John Hoynes, joining a cast that already includes Rob Lowe and Martin Sheen. In another casting note, it was confirmed that Richard Belzer will join "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" in his "Homicide" persona of Det. John Munch, and Dean Winters, best known for HBO's gritty prison drama "Oz," will join the cast as his partner, Det. Brian Cassidy. |
