Rob Estes workout routine in Us Magazine From the September Us:

Vital stats: age: 35; height: 5-foot-11; weight: 170. Workout routine: "On a typical day," Estes says, "I'll get up to exercise at 5:30 in the morning, because I have to get to work by 8 a.m. So, four times a week, my trainer shows up and we'll go mountain biking for 45 minutes near my home in the Santa Monica Mountains. That's a great warm-up. I'll ride over to these stairs up in the hills, and I run up and down those a couple of times. Oh, man, that kills me. After that, we go home and box or lift weights." Stretching a point: "My wife, (Melrose Place star) Josie Bissett, and I do yoga together twice a week. My least favorite position is the pigeon. You're on the floor on your knees, then lift your leg up behind you and hold it there. That's the toughest stretch for me. I can't put my foot behind my head, but I could bite my toenail if I had to." Good'n'fruity: "When I'm good - and I'm not always good - I'll eat only fruit before noon. I love papaya and mango. For lunch I'll have vegetables with a protein or a carbo, but I try to never mix the two. Eating that way, I found that things did digest faster and I tended to have more energy." On horsing around with his wife: "Josie is a great basketball player. When we moved in together eight years ago, we went to a gym. I was shooting hoops, and she said, 'I'll play you a game of horse.' I said, 'Yeah, right.' She beat me four games in a row. I was so mad. It was grounds for moving out. But I stayed, and we married two years later."
