Although friends think the couple have been making attempts to salvage their seven-year marriage, Baldwin's spokesman insists a divorce is going ahead. Basinger, 47, probably wasn't too happy with a recent report of Baldwin, 43, smooching Sex and the City star Kristin Davis at a movie theater in New York.
