Heather Locklear spoils her dog From the November 30th Star:

LIVING IN THE LAPDOG OF LUXURY

If you think H'wood stars are spoiled rotten, wait
until you read about their pampered pooches...

By Janet Charlton and Jennifer Pearson

LIMOS, gourmet meals, swimming pools and five-star luxury - Hollywood's top dogs are lapping up the high life.
The stars have always been pampered. Now their four-legged best friends are getting in on the act.
Here are some examples of how the biggest names spoil their dogs:
Julia Roberts sent a stretch limo to bring her German shepherd home from a posh Los Angeles pet salon.
Aaron Spelling has a full-time, live-in dog groomer.
Sylvester Stallone's pit bulls Gangster and Delilah have their own air-conditioned kennel - and they dog paddle daily in the star's swimming pool.
Mariah Carey buys her Jack Russell terrier his own seat on airplanes so he can travel next to her.
"Hollywood celebrities love to pamper their pets," Richard Edwards, owner of The Pet Spa in West Hollywood, told STAR. "Some even love their dogs more than they love their mates."
"One TV actress would come with her husband to drop off her dog. We would hear her screaming at the poor guy - but she was always cooing sweet nothings to her pet.
"The marriage eventually fell apart, but she still has her dog - and she's still pampering the lucky pooch!"
Julia Roberts once dropped off her mixed German shepherd at The Pet Spa for a $150 complete beauty treatment - and then dispatched a stretch limo to bring the dog home.
Ally McBeal star Portia de Rossi is another Pet Spa regular. The actress, who plugs L'Oreal shampoo in TV ads, brings a bottle of the stuff for the groomers to use on Bean, her bichon frise.
Spin City star Heather Locklear pampers her pup, Harley, at Hollywood Hounds - a Sunset Strip groomer so hip its pedigreed clients get to lounge on leather sofas and watch pet-friendly videos on TV. Heather pays extra to have Harley rinsed in bottled water.
The place also specializes in outrageous parties, including "muttrimony" and "barkmitzvah" ceremonies in its "Hollywoof Bowl."
"Our groomer is the Jose Eber of dog hair," owner Susan Marfleet tells STAR.
Her salon is so concerned about its celebrity clientele it even has CPR-trained staffers ready to come to the rescue in case a pooch is overcome.

Don't know whether Harley still gets the Evian showers now that Heather moved to New York, but Heather can easily afford to jet Harley back to the left coast for his grooming. The same issue of Star reported that she makes over $200,000 per episode.
