*Mrs. Partridge, Really! Former PARTRIDGE FAMILY mom Shirley Jones' recent appearance on MELROSE PLACE didn't exactly endear her to her pet political group, The Parent Television Council. It seems that Jones is on the board of directors of the TV watchdog group - an organization whose aim is to stop children from watching sex-filled shows like MP.
Hey, a buck's a buck. If they paid me to appear on a show that I absolutely hate, like The Howard Stern Show, I'd do it in a minute.
