Josie Bissett talks about her "Jane" character

During Josie Bissett's time on Melrose Place, her character Jane Mancini has run the gamut from the resident goody-two shoes to an obssesive, jealous murderer. Which "Jane" will be back when MP returns this summer? "I think the 'new' Jane is a combination of the two," Bissett tells Update. "Personally, I preferred it when Jane was more grounded and sweet. Melrose can be so dramatic and the characters can get so crazy, which is fun, but I like to be the sane one of the group," she says. "Once Jane started losing it and turning crazy and bitchy, I didn't like her as much." While Bissett may never be as naive as she once was, she's no longer going to be the resident doormat of the complex, either. "She's not going to be surprised by anything that goes on," promises the actress, who's married to co-star Rob Estes, who plays Kyle.
