Justin Timberlake isn't just Charmed by Alyssa Milano anymore. Things are getting so serious between the 21-year-old pop dreamboat and his 29-year-old TV "witch" that Justin introduced Alyssa to his mom at the November 1 LA release party for his new CD Justified.
And that's not all: Justin's mother really likes Alyssa, says his grandma, Sadie Bomar, who told In Touch, "It's a relationship that's just started, I reckon."
Guess so. Justin has finally found a real girlfriend after 8 months of being linked with the likes of Christina Aguilera and Janet Jackson.
That playboy stuff was never Justin's thing. "I have always been a one-woman guy," says the man who dated Britney Spears for almost four years.
Now Alyssa is the lucky girl, and UK newspapers report that she and Justin are even engaged.
Hush-hush
Of course, both of them deny that. But that's understandable. Although Justin and Alyssa first met a couple of years ago, they only hooked up in August, so they need some time to let the relationship grow.
"Is I was an item with somebody, I wouldn't say so for a good few months," Justin explains. "I want to get to know Alyssa before the whole world tries to get to know us."
But they're not so shy behind closed doors. Justin and Alyssa showed up separately for the album party at the Smashbox photography studios. They also avoided each other for the first hour or so, while a camera crew from MTV trailed Justin for an upcoming special. But as soon as the cameras switched off, Alyssa made a beeline for a special VIP area guarded by beefy security guys. Justin slipped in just after her, and they spent about five minutes catching up in private. Alyssa was later heard telling pals, "I'm so, so proud of him."
Justify his love
Justin is so grateful that he gave Alyssa a secret shoutout in the liner notes for Justified. The CD booklet includes "A very special thank you to Luna's mommy," which is a clear reference to Alyssa's character on Charmed, who has a horse named Luna.
"You've already taught me so much," Justin adds. "I'll neveer forget the true gift you've given me."
"Alyssa is understanding," Justin's grandma says. "He likes someone who can understand him and what he does." That's not all: Justin says he wants "somebody who really knows who she is � somebody who's completely comfortable with her imperfections." It's no wonder he's involved with a more experienced woman.
Alyssa was recently photographed leaving Justin's house and afterwards complained: "If we're walking out of our homes, I'm totally against the paparazzi taking our pictures." Perhaps as a way to soothe Alyssa's fears, Justin has purchased an 8-acre plot of land behind his already fortress-like spread. "So nobody can overlook my property."
Alyssa has also made some sacrifices for Justin, who is very busy these days with promotions for the new CD. As someone who started on Who's the Boss? at age 12 � the same age as Justin was when he joined the Mickey Mouse Club � Alyssa understands the pressures of showbiz.
Justin likes Alyssa because "Alyssa understands that he is busy," Justin's grandma says. "She fits in."
And that's the least of it. Sounds to us like it won't be long before Alyssa moves in!
