SOAP opera stars and real-life spouses Jack and Kristina Wagner appeared to be a match made in heaven, but pals say their roller-coaster marriage came right out of hell � and now it's over.
�����"They were constantly on each other like cats and dogs," an insider reveals. "Finally, Kristina kicked Jack's butt out the door."
�����The blond beauty, who plays Felicia on ABC's General Hospital, filed for divorce from the ex-Melrose Place hunk February 2 in Los Angeles. And pals say it wasn't a moment too soon, because he had trouble controlling his temper and had a long history of womanizing.
�����"I've done everything I can to make this work," she told a friend, "but the best thing I can do right now for me and my boys is to just get away and start over."
�����The couple has two sons, Peter, 10, and Harrison, 6.
�����During the seven years Jack and Kristina dated before ther Dec. 1993 wedding, he also romanced soap stunners Nina Arvesen and Paula Irvine. And the 41-year-old actor, star of the recently canned NBC series Titans, was named by Hollywood hooker Liza Greer as one of her kinkiest sex partners!
�����"Kristina complained loudly to anyone who'd listen that she was a 'golf widow,'" a source says. "But the real letdown for her was Jack's temper and flirtations. The golf thing was just an excuse."
