Fox wants you to take your best 'Hot Shots'
     Mingle with dozens of stars from the Fox network, bid on items such as walk-on roles, and help out local charities.
     The holiday billiards fund-raiser and celebrity event known as "The Fox Hot Shots Event" will be held at 7:30 tonight at Gotham Hall on the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica. Admission is $10 cash donation to go to three local charities - My Friend's Place, which helps homeless youth; Compassion in Action, a national organization that provides services to the dying and those affected by death; and PAWS/LA, a group dedicated to brightening the lives of those with HIV/AIDS and their pets.
     Among the celebrities expected to be in attendance will be Gillian Anderson of "The X-Files," Brian Austin Green of "Beverly Hills, 90210," Courtney Thorne-Smith of "Ally McBeal" and Woodland Hills resident Wilmer Valderrama of "That '70s Show."
     Items up for silent auction walk-on roles, signed scripts and show memorabilia.
