Milano, who in 1998 battled a webmaster who posted fake nudes of her, is no stranger to litigation. She might even sue the shutterbugs who shot her leaving Timberlake's home: "He's a lot more used to it than I am. If celebrities walk down a red carpet, paparazzi should be allowed to take pictures. I kind of agree with her. If you don't sign a release for your picture to be published, it shouldn't be. But then again, there's the First Amendment.
