From the September 27th Entertainment Weekly:

FAIRY-TALE ROMANCE

Alyssa Milano's Charmed life continues. Justin Timberlake is her real-life Prince Charming, and she'll play Cinderella on the Sept. 29 show. "Our producer had a [toddler], so maybe they're watching a lot of Disney videos," muses Milano (who'll be a superhero on Oct. 13's episode). And the Mouse was vigilant. "Disney has this weird thing where we can't say 'glass slipper' more than twice, or you're sued." (Disney applauds The WB's caution.) Milano, who in 1998 battled a webmaster who posted fake nudes of her, is no stranger to litigation. She might even sue the shutterbugs who shot her leaving Timberlake's home: "He's a lot more used to it than I am. If celebrities walk down a red carpet, paparazzi should be allowed to take pictures. If we're walking out of our homes, I am totally against it." Beware the witch!William Keck

I kind of agree with her. If you don't sign a release for your picture to be published, it shouldn't be. But then again, there's the First Amendment.
