So can you see
by the morning's bright light
fourteen players stood brave
to fight for victories' glimmer

whose broad shoulders to hit
for those dangerous bludgers
near the goals we can see
that the keepers are ready

our chasers, ready to
make the most of the mistakes done
snitch is the seekers' mark
sky is the seekers' place

from every mountainside
let quidditch rule

as the red quaffle streaks
the bludgers had their marks
gave truth thru the game
that the spirits' still there

oh say that the star-spangled
quidditch yet be
over the land of the wizards
and the home of the braves
