Meet
a Lover Boy
“HERMIONE!”
There was a boy’s voice heard from the deserted corridor
where Hermione, Harry and Ron were walking by.
“Merlin, why do they have to yell, honestly,” Harry grunted
as he rubbed his eyes, “I was about to sleepwalk.”
“Exactly,” Ron grumbled back, “This year is so dull. I wish
we’re back in our first year.”
“Seventh year is okay,” Hermione said as she checked her
watch, “Besides, after this we’re going to have our own
job.”
“Yeah, being a loser,” Ron sighed heavily, “This is so
crappy. I really hate this heavy subjects.”
“Good thing that now I could jinx Dudley,” Harry snorted as
he wiped his nose frequently.
Ron laughed yet Hermione just rolled her eyes as if Dudley
was someone that no one could harm.
“HERMIONE!!!!”
“OY! WOULD YOU JUST SHUT UP!!!” Ron shouted back through the
dark corridor.
“Ron, keep it low,” Hermione hissed, “Let’s just go to the
common room. We don’t have any classes after Potions.”
The time Ron and Harry was about to nod, there were
footsteps. A boy’s heave was heard from the distance then
there it was. A blonde haired bloke. The boy was usually
guarded by two guys called Crabbe and Goyle. But this time,
he was all on his own.
“Malfoy?”
“HERMIONE!! I found you at last!!!” Draco Malfoy said
cheering as he almost hugged her but Hermione backed off.
“Okay,” Hermione said awkwardly.
“I’ve been looking for you like ages,” Draco said dreamily
through Hermione’s eyes.
“Okay,” Hermione repeated as both Ron and Harry blinked.
“Oh, Hermione,” Draco started, “I love you!!!”
Hermione went red but also shocked. What?
“Hah?” Ron gagged as well as Harry.
“Okay,” Hermione said oddly and weirdly, “But that doesn’t
mean that I have to love you back, right?”
“What are you talking about,” Draco said, “You just said yes
yesterday to be my girlfriend.”
Ron and Harry gagged once more then Hermione exchanged looks
between Harry and Ron. Ron slumped his books and bag to the
floor. What’s happening with Draco Malfoy?
“I didn’t—”
“Oh, Hermione,” Draco Malfoy, “You’re so cool than other
girls.”
“He got issues alright,” Ron whispered towards Harry as
Harry nodded.
Hermione tried to smile but—Draco grabbed her shoulder then
kissed her on her left cheek for a few seconds and said, “I
love you.”
Hermione backed off, went red then said, “What the hell is
going on?”
“Don’t be so cold hearted, Hermione,” Draco said slowly.
Hermione looked towards Draco, then looked back at Harry and
Ron. She was more than confused, hard to slow mo’ things.
What’s happening? Why all of a sudden a guy that she’s been
loathing so long became like… this?
“Malfoy—”
“Since when did you call me my last name?” Draco complained,
“Please… Just Draco.”
“Mal—Drac—Malfoy!” Hermione said, “What’s happening to you?”
“I told you, call me Draco,” Draco insisted, “Nothing is
happening to me. I’m just… In love.”
Hermione was befuddled, then she said, “Malfoy, I think you
just got slipped a love potion or something like that. Are
you trying to make a fun out of this?”
“Make fun? For our love?” Draco said, “No… Of course not!”
“Okay,” Hermione said, “so… you like me?”
“No, not like you,” Draco corrected, “L-O-V-E you.”
Hermione became a bit disgusted, but the time she looked
upon those eyes. It was a bit different. Draco Malfoy was
like in a spell
Ron stuck his tongue out as if he was about to throw up then
Hermione looked towards the grey eyes boy, “You sure?”
“Of course.”
“Can you say the words?”
“I love you.”
Hermione blinked. She was in awe. Can’t believe of what she
heard. How come suddenly she became… so fluffy inside?
“Oh what’s with this nonsense,” Draco said, then he went
closer towards Hermione and—
Loving a girl. Simple. The guy is Draco Malfoy. Complex.
He’s kissing a mudblood. Complex.
